Privacy policy

Dated

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit Vitrelis, contact us, request collector notes, or acquire a piece.

Scope

This policy covers the Vitrelis website and information Vitrelis receives through its forms, checkout, and business correspondence. It is written for visitors and customers in the United States, while also explaining considerations for visitors elsewhere. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Vitrelis.

Independent services, including payment services and social platforms, also handle information under their own policies. This policy does not control their websites, apps, or independent uses of information.

Information we collect

  • Contact and correspondence. Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, and message. Wholesale inquiries may include a company or gallery name and website. We receive information you choose to include in email or business messages. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
  • Collector notes. Signup collects your email address and records which signup form you used. Signing up expresses your interest in release news and process notes; it is not required to browse the collection or buy a piece.
  • Orders and fulfillment. Checkout and order records include the piece, customer name, email, shipping address, amounts, tax, currency, payment references, and payment, refund, and fulfillment status.
  • Payment information. Stripe provides the embedded payment form and processes payment details. The Vitrelis order system receives transaction references and order results rather than storing full card numbers or card security codes in its order records.
  • Account information. Purchasing does not require a customer account. If you use the studio sign-in or account-registration page, the authentication service handles your email, password credentials, and session information. Creating an account does not automatically grant access to private studio records.
  • Technical information. Website hosting and payment services may process connection and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and errors, to deliver and protect their services. The precise hosting log practices and retention settings require owner confirmation as noted below.

How information is used

Information is used to answer inquiries; maintain collector-note requests; process payments, taxes, refunds, and orders; arrange delivery; send purchase confirmations; and provide customer support. Authorized studio users can use order information to manage fulfillment and receive sale notifications.

Information may also be needed to maintain accounts, investigate errors or misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. A collector-note signup records your interest; it does not imply that a marketing campaign or an automated unsubscribe service is currently operating. To withdraw that interest, contact info@vitrelis.com.

Service providers and other sharing

The website uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, stored website records, authentication, and managed transactional email, and Stripe for payments and checkout. Information needed to operate those services is processed through them. Their own policies may govern activities they perform independently, such as payment fraud prevention.

When delivery is arranged, recipient and address details may be provided to the carrier or fulfillment service used for that order. No particular carrier is identified here because shipping-provider arrangements have not been confirmed.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to respond to a valid legal requirement, protect rights and safety, or resolve a dispute. If the business is transferred, relevant records may be part of that transfer, subject to applicable requirements. This policy does not characterize unverified business arrangements as a sale of data or make an unverified promise that no sharing qualifies as a sale.

Cookies, storage, and analytics

Studio authentication uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions. Signing out or clearing browser storage can affect access. Stripe and hosting services may use their own cookies or comparable technologies to deliver checkout, maintain sessions, or protect their services.

The website uses a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to measure how visitors arrive from Vitrelis ads and to help improve ad performance. The pixel collects browsing activity on this site and reports it to Meta. In regions that require consent for advertising trackers, the pixel loads only after you accept through the cookie banner; elsewhere it loads by default. The site does not include Google Analytics. This does not establish that hosting services keep no operational logs. External links to Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google open those services; they are not embedded social trackers in the site code.

You can change your advertising measurement choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer; declining or withdrawing stops the Meta pixel from reporting your activity. You can also use your browser settings to manage cookies and stored site data. Blocking storage may prevent sign-in or checkout from working correctly.

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta

The website currently links to the Vitrelis Facebook page and WhatsApp business messaging, and uses a Meta pixel for ad measurement as described in the cookies section above. No Instagram connection, Meta login, or Meta messaging API integration is implemented in the current website code.

If you contact Vitrelis through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp where a Vitrelis business presence is operated, we may receive your message, profile or display name, contact identifier such as a phone number, attachments, and other information you choose to share. We use information we receive to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, support your order. Information may remain in the platform inbox or be included in necessary correspondence or order records.

Meta and its services handle platform activity under their own privacy policies and settings. Starting a conversation does not itself authorize unrelated marketing from Vitrelis. If a Meta integration is used in the future, information obtained through it should be limited to the permissions you grant and the service being provided; this paragraph is conditional, not a claim that such an integration is currently connected.

Request deletion of Meta-related data

To request deletion of information Vitrelis holds from a Meta integration or from Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp business correspondence, email info@vitrelis.comwith the subject “Meta data deletion request.” Identify the service and the account name, email address, or phone number you used, together with enough context to locate the records. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or copies of identity documents with your initial request.

This is an email-based request, not an automated deletion tool. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before taking action. The request applies to information held by Vitrelis; deleting your Meta account, platform-held messages, or data retained independently by Meta requires using that platform’s own controls or contacting it directly. Some Vitrelis records may need to be kept for orders, legal obligations, or disputes; any applicable limitations should be explained when responding.

Retention

Retention depends on the record and why it is needed. Order and transaction records may need to be retained for fulfillment, tax and accounting obligations, refunds, and disputes. Correspondence and collector-note requests should be reviewed against their ongoing purpose. Account records may be needed while access remains active.

A fixed retention schedule, backup deletion timing, and routine deletion process have not been confirmed. This policy does not promise automatic deletion or a specific retention period. You can ask about a particular record or request its deletion using the contact below.

Security

Private studio access requires authentication and an authorized role, and order writing is handled by server-side checkout and payment processing. These controls help restrict access, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. This policy makes no certification, audit, or guaranteed legal-compliance claim. Please contact us if you believe your information or account has been misused.

Privacy rights and requests

Contact info@vitrelis.com to ask what information Vitrelis holds about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a collector-note request, or raise a privacy concern. Describe the request and use the email address associated with your inquiry or order where possible. We may request limited additional information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority; please do not send more information than is necessary.

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to Vitrelis, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete information, or restrict or object to certain uses. Some US state laws also provide rights relating to data sales, targeted advertising, appeals, and nondiscrimination for exercising rights. Mention the right you wish to exercise so the request can be assessed under the applicable requirements. This policy does not assert that every such law applies or that an automated opt-out signal is currently processed by this website.

Requests may be limited by identity verification, legal recordkeeping duties, or other permitted exceptions. Applicable response deadlines and any appeal process depend on the relevant law; no universal response deadline is promised here.

Children

The website and its commerce services are intended for adults, not children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through our forms. If you believe information about a child has been provided, contact info@vitrelis.com so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate deletion considered. The website does not currently include an age-verification process.

International visitors

If you visit or order from outside the United States, your information may be handled in countries where Vitrelis and its service providers operate, and those countries may have different privacy laws. Specific processing locations and any required transfer arrangements need owner confirmation. This policy does not claim that visiting the website waives your rights or constitutes consent to every use or transfer of information.

Changes to this policy

The policy may be updated as services, practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the version. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law; no automated policy-notification service is currently represented here.
